The ACKU040/ACKU060/ACKU095 FPGA System-on-Module (SoM) combines high-end AMD Xilinx Kintex UltraScale™ series device with fast DDR4 SDRAM, dual parallel Quad-SPI Flash and thus forms a complete and powerful embedded processing system. This module is suitable for high-speed applications due to the high number of transceivers.
