The P200 System-on-Module (SoM) combines high-performance Pango Logos2-series PG2L200H-6IFBB484 device with fast DDR3 SDRAM, dual parallel Quad-SPI Flash and thus forms a complete and powerful embedded processing system. This module is suitable for high-speed applications due to the high number of transceivers.
* If you want to design a base board based on this Logos system-on-module, you need to purchase AXK680337YG high-speed Board to Board Connectors, 80 Pins.
* We have Logos2 development boards AXP201 AXP202 and AXP203 that uses this Logos module, to get started with development straight out of the box.
